I just finished The 4-Hour Body by Timothy Ferriss. It’s like a health encyclopedia from the future.
I didn’t agree with everything, and was surprised by some of the things that were missing.
But I like how Ferriss tried to look beyond conventional wisdom to see if there were better ways of doing things.
If you’re interested in exploring new paradigms for weight loss, exercise, diet, and a bunch of other health related things, 4-Hour Body is worth a read.
