Unnecessary Complexity

In it, he argues that leaders tend to make things unnecessarily complex – seeking an elusive, sophisticated silver bullet rather than focusing on simple, proven techniques and principles.

It’s so easy to overcomplicate things, isn’t it?

I find that in my own life, complexity is often an excuse for procrastination. If I don’t want to get something done, I can easily find a way to make it too hard.
